Compliance/Quality Control Manager
Lisa Mosman is an industry veteran with over 20 years of mortgage experience. She has a cross-functional background in Compliance, Quality Control, Originations and Sales.
Lisa began her career as a Loan Officer, eventually joining the sales team at Sunbelt National Mortgage. As Sunbelt transitioned into First Horizon Home Loans, Lisa transitioned into Compliance and Quality Control. As Vice President of Asset Recovery, she lead a team of auditors, focusing on the elimination of mortgage fraud while strengthening origination practices. She designed production friendly guidelines for best practices and taught training classes for nwely hired Loan Officers. She prepared analytical and statistical reports, identifying fraud and compliance related issues and developed strategic plans to reduce the losses associated with First Horizon’s REO portfolio.
Before joining the Highlands Management Team, Lisa had the opportunity to work with Mortgage Brokers as a Wholesale Account Executive for local lenders. She believes her sales experience coupled with a strong Compliance/QC background provides her with a keen understanding of the challenges Loan Officers face today. She is able to successfully partner with the origination team to tackle the complexities of compliance related matters, while building a foundation of best practices and ensuring superior loan quality.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
