About Bryan Rankin…

I am a third Generation Colorado native, and have spent the majority of my life in Parker, Colorado. I have worked in the financial lending industry since 1996. My career began as a Mortgage Broker. In July 2001, I moved to a Mortgage Banking firm based out of Plano, Texas as a Senior Loan Officer. I strived to build my business on a strong foundation of realtors and referrals. In March 2011, I moved to another Mortgage Banking firm based out of Scottsdale, AZ as a Branch Manager for the Denver region. This was an opportunity to work with childhood friends from Parker, whom also found themselves working in this industry since college graduation. I have now returned to align myself with individuals I worked with in my earlier Mortgage Banking career. Highlands Mortgage has extended me the opportunity to experience how lending should be for the people of Colorado.

My pride and joy away from work are my son and daughter. We love our outdoor activities of spending time on the lake boating and surfing, playing golf, snow skiing, or simply enjoying quality time together. I am active in my children’s school. I volunteer for Toys for the Mission and Habitat for Humanity on an annual basis.
